In the spirit of festivity and random things, what’s the connection between barb wires and red cushions? Hmm? Is that a questioning stare I see? Why, I would be confused too. But if you’d spare me a little time I’d like for us to find out together. Now barb wires are often used to add an extra layer of defense to already tall and daunting fences in Nigeria.
Although, these sharp death traps don’t tend to have an electric current running through them as that would probably be illegal, they’re often enough to dissuade even the most daring intruders. As for red chairs they remind me of Christmas trees, not sure why though, because Christmas trees are green and these are red cushions.
At least in the dark they can be mistaken for Santa laying down. Now that we’ve touched on both subjects, the question remains, what’s the relationship between both? Well for me I think of the barb wires as the lights hung on a Christmas tree “with electricity running through them” and the chairs as a captive Santa laying on the floor bedazzled with Christmas-light-barb-wires to make him glow. Guess, who’s going to be getting a ton of gifts this year?… Evil smirk followed by extended cackling.
